How we decide who you see

You are welcome to ask for a particular practitioner. If you would rather we suggested one, that is what the initial assessment is for.

We think about what you are bringing, how each of us works, and what appointment times are actually available. Being well matched matters more than being seen quickly, and we would rather say so than put you with whoever is free first.

  • Tell us if you would prefer a particular person
  • Tell us if you would prefer not to be seen by someone in particular
  • We will be honest if we think someone else would suit you better
  • If we are not the right practice for you, we will say so

The relationship is the work

Which is why the first conversation is about finding out whether it fits, not about signing up.
