  • Website Hosting & Infrastructure: Our website is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically using Firestore and Firebase.
  • Communication: Data submitted through our website forms is transmitted securely via Gmail within our Google Workspace domain.
  • Third Parties: We do not use any other third-party plugins or addons on our website. Your data remains within our controlled Google Workspace environment.

7. Data Retention

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.

  • For Clients: If you proceed with therapy, your personal data and clinical notes will be retained for a minimum of 3 years following your final session. This allows us to maintain professional records in line with insurance and ethical requirements.
  • For Enquiries (Non-Clients): If you contact us but do not become a client (for example, if you decide not to book an assessment), your personal data will be retained for a minimum of 90 days before being securely deleted. This allows us to follow up if you reach out again shortly after your initial enquiry.

8. Cookies

Like many other websites, our website uses cookies. 'Cookies' are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit.
